About the Project

MyDoct Dashboard is a modern healthcare administration platform built to simplify the daily operations of clinics, hospitals, and medical professionals. The platform enables doctors to manage patient records, monitor appointments, review prescriptions, analyze healthcare data, and access medical reports through a single, intuitive dashboard. Its goal is to improve operational efficiency, reduce administrative complexity, and deliver a smarter digital experience for healthcare professionals.

Challenges

Managing patient information, appointments, prescriptions, and laboratory reports across multiple systems often creates inefficiencies for healthcare providers. Doctors require quick access to accurate medical information while maintaining smooth clinical workflows. The challenge was to design a centralized dashboard that simplifies healthcare management, improves accessibility to critical data, and supports better clinical decision-making in real time.

Problems

Traditional healthcare management systems often rely on fragmented workflows, making it difficult for doctors to monitor patient history, organize appointments, and access medical records efficiently. Limited visibility into operational data and inconsistent information management increase administrative effort and reduce productivity. These usability challenges affect both healthcare providers and the overall patient experience.

Our Approach

We began with workflow analysis, stakeholder interviews, and healthcare journey mapping to understand the operational challenges faced by doctors and clinical staff. Based on these insights, we designed a centralized dashboard featuring patient management, appointment scheduling, prescription tracking, laboratory reports, and real-time healthcare analytics. By combining a clean information hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and data-driven visualizations, MyDoct Dashboard enables healthcare professionals to manage clinical operations more efficiently while delivering better patient care.
