Challenges

Planning a trip often requires users to browse multiple platforms for destinations, transportation, accommodations, and travel information. Existing travel applications presented overwhelming choices, inconsistent booking experiences, and complex navigation that made decision-making difficult. The challenge was to design a streamlined platform that simplifies trip planning while delivering personalized recommendations and a frictionless booking experience.

Problems

Users struggled to compare travel options, organize itineraries, and complete bookings efficiently due to fragmented workflows and cluttered interfaces. Important travel information and personalized offers were often difficult to discover, leading to longer planning times and reduced engagement. Our Approach
