Challenges
Organizing sports matches often involves multiple communication channels, manual coordination, and inconsistent scheduling, making the process time-consuming for both players and organizers. Finding suitable teams, selecting venues, and managing match details can become complicated without a centralized platform. The challenge was to design a solution that streamlines match discovery, simplifies event management, and provides a seamless experience for users with different roles and responsibilities.
Problems
Existing sports coordination methods lacked a structured approach to discovering matches, creating teams, and managing schedules efficiently. Players found it difficult to locate nearby games that matched their preferences, while organizers struggled with handling venues, timings, and participant management through disconnected tools. Our Approach
We began with user research, competitor analysis, and journey mapping to understand the unique needs of both players and organizers throughout the match management process. Based on these insights, we designed role-based experiences with streamlined match discovery, intuitive team creation, and simplified scheduling workflows. The platform integrates location-based search, structured match details, and modern interface patterns to help users organize, join, and manage sports events with greater efficiency, clarity, and confidence.
