Kickoff Platform is a sports matchmaking and match-management application designed for players and organizers. The platform enables players to join matches, create teams, and compete with other teams, while organizers can create, schedule, and manage matches between teams based on location.

The platform supports gender-based match creation, venue selection, and time scheduling, making it easy to organize fair and well-planned games. Kickoff Platform aims to be a one-step solution for discovering matches, forming teams, and organizing sports events without manual coordination.

Challenges

Players and organizers often struggle with coordinating matches through calls, messaging apps, or informal groups. Finding teams, fixing venues, and aligning schedules becomes time-consuming and unorganized.

Problems

The early Kickoff Platform concept faced several usability challenges:
